1 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering on, or otherwise using any part of the 399be platform (available at https://399be.io and its associated subdomains, mobile interfaces, and related services), you unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the "Member" or "User") and 399be (the "Platform", "we", "us", or "our").

If you do not agree to any provision of these Terms, you must immediately discontinue all use of the 399be platform. Your continued use of any 399be service following any update or revision to these Terms shall constitute your acceptance of the amended Terms as posted.

These Terms & Conditions should be read in conjunction with the 399be Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which form an integral part of the overall agreement between the Member and the Platform.

2 Eligibility

Access to and use of the 399be platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements, all of which must be satisfied at the time of registration and maintained for the duration of membership:

• Age: You must be at least 21 years of age to register and use the 399be platform. 399be strictly prohibits access by individuals under the age of 21. By registering, you confirm that you are 21 years of age or older.
• Residency: The 399be platform is designed for use by individuals residing in Bangladesh. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the platform complies with any applicable local laws in your jurisdiction.
• Legal Capacity: You must have the full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to you. Persons who have been declared legally incapacitated by a court of competent jurisdiction are not permitted to register.
• Single Account: Each individual is permitted to maintain only one (1) registered account on the 399be platform. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual is strictly prohibited and will result in the suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances held therein.
• Self-Exclusion Status: You must not be subject to any voluntary or compulsory self-exclusion order at the time of registration or during the period of your membership.

3 Account Registration

To access the full range of 399be services, you are required to complete the registration process and create a member account. The following conditions apply to the registration and ongoing maintenance of your 399be account:

3.1 Accurate Information

You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in Bangladesh, and a valid contact email address. You are responsible for keeping this information up to date. Providing false or misleading information constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account termination.

3.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 399be account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. 399be will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain the security of your account credentials. You must notify 399be immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account.

3.3 Know Your Customer (KYC)

399be operates a mandatory Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process in compliance with anti-money laundering and fraud prevention requirements. You may be required to submit copies of government-issued identification documents, proof of residential address, and proof of payment method ownership before withdrawals are processed. 399be reserves the right to suspend withdrawals pending satisfactory completion of KYC procedures.

3.4 Account Ownership

Your 399be account is strictly personal and non-transferable. You may not sell, transfer, or assign your account or any associated balance to any other person. Any attempt to transfer account ownership will result in immediate termination of all accounts involved and forfeiture of any balances.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the 399be platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT, symbol ৳). The following terms apply to all deposits and withdrawal requests made by registered members:

4.1 Deposits

399be accepts deposits via the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Visa, and Mastercard. The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. Deposits are generally credited to your 399be account balance instantly upon successful payment confirmation. 399be does not charge any fees for standard deposit transactions, though your payment provider may apply their own service charges.

4.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed subject to the successful completion of all applicable KYC verification requirements. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawals to bKash and Nagad are typically processed within one to four hours of request submission for verified accounts. Withdrawals to bank accounts may take one to three business days depending on the receiving institution. 399be reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal request.

4.3 Payment Method Consistency

For fraud prevention purposes, withdrawals must, where practicable, be returned to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit. 399be reserves the right to decline withdrawal requests that do not comply with this requirement and to request alternative documentation in such cases.

4.4 Currency

All account balances, deposits, bets, and withdrawals are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). 399be does not currently support multi-currency accounts. Any deposits made in foreign currencies will be converted to BDT at the prevailing exchange rate, and any associated conversion fees are the sole responsibility of the depositing member.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

399be offers various bonuses and promotional incentives to eligible members, including welcome deposit bonuses, reload bonuses, free bet credits, and VIP cashback programmes. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms attached to each individual offer, and the following general conditions apply to all promotions:

5.1 Wagering Requirements

Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before any withdrawal of associated winnings is permitted. The applicable wagering multiplier will be clearly stated in the specific promotional terms at the time the bonus is offered. Wagering requirements must be fulfilled within the stated expiry window; any unfulfilled bonus or associated winnings will be forfeited upon expiry.

5.2 Eligible Games

Not all games on the 399be platform contribute equally to the fulfilment of wagering requirements. The contribution percentage for each game category will be specified in the individual bonus terms. Generally, slots contribute at 100%, while live casino table games, sports bets, and crash games may contribute at a reduced rate or be excluded entirely from wagering calculations.

5.3 Bonus Abuse

399be actively monitors accounts for patterns of behaviour consistent with bonus abuse, including but not limited to: low-risk hedging strategies designed solely to fulfil wagering requirements, coordinated activity between multiple accounts, exploitation of system errors, and any other conduct designed to circumvent the intended purpose of a promotion. 399be reserves the right to void bonuses and confiscate associated winnings where abuse is detected, and to close implicated accounts without prior notice.

5.4 One Bonus Per Household

Welcome bonuses and first-deposit promotions are limited to one per household, device, IP address, and payment method. Any attempt to claim a welcome bonus on multiple accounts will be treated as a violation of the single-account rule and subject to the consequences set out in Section 3.1.

6 Betting Rules

The following general betting rules apply to all wagers placed on the 399be platform, covering both the casino and sports betting sections. Specific game rules provided by individual game providers (Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Spribe, NetEnt, Ezugi, Microgaming) take precedence over general platform rules in the event of a conflict relating to the mechanics of a specific game.

6.1 Bet Finality

Once a bet has been confirmed and accepted by the 399be system, it cannot be cancelled or amended by the member. Members are responsible for ensuring that all bet selections, stake amounts, and applicable markets are correct before confirming any wager. 399be will not accept liability for bets placed in error by members.

6.2 Minimum and Maximum Stakes

Minimum and maximum stake limits apply to all betting markets and casino games on the 399be platform. These limits vary by game type, market, and member VIP tier. Current limits are displayed within the relevant game or betting interface. 399be reserves the right to amend stake limits at any time without prior notice.

6.3 Voided Bets

399be reserves the right to void any bet where a technical error, data feed failure, or manifest pricing error has occurred, or where the outcome of an event has been determined to be affected by match-fixing, corruption, or any other form of irregular activity. In all cases of voided bets, the original stake will be returned to the member's account balance.

6.4 Cricket and Sports Betting

All cricket and sports betting markets — including BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, Bangladesh Tigers bilateral series, and other covered events — are subject to the specific sporting event rules published within the sportsbook section of the 399be platform. In-play bets are accepted at the discretion of 399be and may be suspended or refused at any time at the Platform's sole discretion.

7 Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the 399be platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant authorities where applicable:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or at any subsequent point.
• Registering more than one account, or assisting another person in doing so.
• Using the 399be platform for any money laundering, fraud, or other financial crime.
• Accessing the platform using automated scripts, bots, artificial intelligence tools, or any other non-human means without express written permission from 399be.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors in any game or platform function for financial gain. Any winnings obtained via a known software error are void and will be removed from the member's account.
• Colluding with other players in live casino games, poker variants, or any other multi-player game environment.
• Engaging in any form of match-fixing, insider betting, or use of privileged non-public information to gain an unfair advantage in sports betting markets.
• Sharing, selling, or transferring your account or login credentials to any third party.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing 399be staff or other platform members through any communication channel.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, copy, or replicate any part of the 399be platform, including its software, game content, or user interface.

8 Account Suspension & Termination

399be reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any member account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent, criminal, or abusive activity.
• Account inactivity for a continuous period of twelve (12) months or more.
• Receipt of a chargeback or payment reversal instruction from a financial institution.
• Identification of a self-exclusion obligation that should have prevented registration.

Upon termination of an account for cause, 399be reserves the right to withhold any balance pending investigation. Where no fault is established, any remaining balance after deduction of applicable bonus funds will be returned to the member via the original deposit method following satisfactory KYC verification.

8.1 Member-Initiated Closure

Members who wish to close their 399be account voluntarily may do so by contacting the support team at [email protected]. Account closure requests will be processed within five (5) business days. Any outstanding balance in the account at the time of closure request will be returned to the member following completion of standard withdrawal procedures and KYC verification.

9 Privacy & Data Protection

This licence does not include the right to reproduce, distribute, publicly display, modify, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works from any 399be content without express prior written consent from 399be.

Game content provided by third-party studios including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Spribe, NetEnt, Ezugi, and Microgaming remains the intellectual property of those respective studios and is subject to their own licensing arrangements with 399be.

12 Limitation of Liability

Nothing in these Terms shall operate to exclude or limit 399be's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

13 Amendments to These Terms

399be reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time and at its sole discretion. Where amendments are material, 399be will endeavour to provide reasonable notice to registered members via email or an in-platform notification prior to the amended Terms taking effect.

Continued use of the 399be platform following the publication of any amended Terms shall constitute acceptance of those amended Terms. Members who do not accept any revised Terms must cease using the platform and may request account closure as described in Section 8.1. 14 Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. 399be operates as a platform serving the Bangladesh market and members are responsible for ensuring their use of the Platform complies with the laws of their jurisdiction.

In the event of any dispute between a member and 399be, the member must first contact the 399be support team at [email protected] to seek resolution through 399be's internal complaints procedure. 399be will acknowledge all formal complaints within five (5) business days and endeavour to resolve them within thirty (30) calendar days of receipt.

399be does not make representations regarding the legality of online gambling in any particular jurisdiction. It is the member's sole responsibility to determine whether accessing and using the 399be platform is lawful in their jurisdiction prior to registration.
